To help you find your way back to health and wellness. I utilize a variety of therapeutic and integrative techniques ~ body and breath work, yoga therapy, craniosacral therapy and life and wellness coaching to help those who suffer from chronic pain, stress, anxiety and trauma.
Mary’s Nutrition specializes in the treatment of disordered eating and eating disorders through individual nutrition counseling that adapts and meets you where you are. Each journey to recovery will look different but will include "healty at every size" approach.
